BI Worksheet Functionality Added to Asset Values Module - BI worksheets can now be uploaded by location at the same time values are entered. Completed BI worksheets are automatically stored by collection period within the Asset Values module location record and also in a Library BI worksheets collection period folder. This elegantly simple solution accommodates multiple BI worksheet templates. In keeping with the previous Asset Value version one person enters values and now BI worksheets by location(s), values are automatically rolled up across the account and can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet without manual compilation.

WRM announces plans for a Marketing module - Based on input from Brokers and Clients WRM announces the expected release of a Marketing module August 2003. Documents loaded during the year can be identified as marketing documents. When the time comes to provide the most current information to markets all it takes is a user name and password. All documents uploaded to the Library during the year are available to be downloaded as needed by markets. Why spend unproductive time assembling and sending documents via e-mail clogging e-mail systems. Or worse spending time and expense to create and mail CDs. Create your market submission during the year as documents are posted to the Library. The Marketing module can also be accessed by a link placed in a broker’s on-line submissions portal. Code is provided to the broker that creates a hyperlink taking the market directly to a clients WRM Marketing module. Or individual markets are given a URL, user name and password to access the client’s marketing module. After the marketing period is complete the username and passwords expire.

Asset Values Module stores currency conversion rates, source and date - The Asset Values module has been improved based on customer suggestions to include a permanent record of currency conversion rates, the rate source used and date. Conversion rates are also saved as part of the Values reporting process. Once your collection period is closed the period values and conversion rates can be locked by an administrator as a permanent record of that years values. The Asset Values reporting feature has also been upgraded with the option to include local as well as US values. Conversion rates, rate source and date are also added to your Asset Values report.
